Good but size chart put me into the wrong size

"I like the feel of the shirt and its performance. However, I used the site's size chart to pick what Peloton recommends and, even though I "always" wear either a M or L, the size chart said I needed XL so I chose that. It's much too large. Returning it was going to end up costing more than the shirt itself because of restocking fees and the need to pay shipping so I've kept the shirt as reminder to myself."
