Weird fit and horrible customer service
"Peloton is good at making fitness classes but poor at retail. I went for a class at Peloton Studios NYC, and stopped at the merch store afterwards. Men's selection was very limited, and the sales associate suggested I buy online. Even better, it was 40% off sitewide! I tried on a couple of shirts and shorts in the store to ensure I ordered the right size. The shirt that was delivered is nowhere close to the sizes in the store, but admittedly different SKU. As you can see in the photo, the underarm is really baggy. For reference I ordered size S, and I am 155 lbs and 5'10". I reached out to customer service to get a different size, however they refused to honor the price I paid, and wanted to charge me full price for the replacement items! No, thank you. I will not be shopping for Peloton Apparel in future."
